Higher education. In 1976 graduated from the Novosibirsk institute of the railway transportation engineers. In 2008 finished the MBA course in the Academy of national economy by the Government of the Russian Federation.

• 1976 – rose on his career from the master to the chief of the sector site №2 in the Specialized Management № 489 of the “Trancehydromechanization” trust.
• 1985 – the chief engineer in the “ trust "Urengoyhydromechanization".
• Since 1990 – the founder and the general director of the Joint-Stock Company "MTA Company".

• Since 1990 – the chief accountant of MTA Company, and since 1992 – the Assistant director on the economy and finance.

Born on the 22nd of February, 1978 in the settlement Palatka in the Hasynsky district in the Magadan area.

• Up to 2003 – the chief economist of the Open Society "Elgaugol".
• Up to 2007 - the head of the corporate finance department of the Open Society "NOVATECH".
