This section represents the general information about the Joint-Stock Company "The MTA Company" for participating in the competitions to choose the realization company for the ground silting.
This section also contains the information about the competitions on the fuel, accessories and spare parts delivery to the subsidiaries of the Joint-Stock Company "The MTA Company".
According to the current legislation, the standard bases of conducting the competitions are:
- The civil code of the Russian Federation;
- The notice of the competition carrying out;
- The competitive documentation.
The information about the conditions of conducting the open competitions takes place in this section not less than ten days prior to the day of opening the envelopes with the application forms for participating in the competition.
